NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an outpatient Center Manager-Physical Therapist in Olney Maryland

Outpatient Orthopedics Vestibular Concussion and Sports Full Time

NovaCare Olney Maryland is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Previous management experience is not required, we have a leadership development program to ensure your success at a mutually agreed upon pace. You must have previous OP ortho experience as a licensed PT to be consider. This is a treating physical therapist (PT) leadership position. Additional responsibilities as a leader will include day to day operations, program development and marketing as a partner with our business development team. We have dedicated teams for compliance, con ed, business development, benefits, recruitment, etc. This helps you stay focused on building your team, experience and professional skills.

We treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics with an additional PT and front desk support on staff. Our clinicians average 10-12 patients per day with 60 minute evals and 45 minute visits. Our specialty programs include vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, and sports medicine on top of general ortho. We have the country's largest continuing education program and a six month leadership program to offer you clinical and professional growth PAID.

LARGE sign on bonus and or indefinite loan help is available for a full time licensed physical therapist who is passionate about their community and improving outcomes.

Schedule: MWF 8am-430pm; TuTh 1030am-7pm. Last patient scheduled an hour prior to close.

Compensation starting at $85,000 commensurate with experience

• Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions
• Maintain and demonstrate an attitude of excellence and quality both in patient care and leadership duties

• Act as a business owner to help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
