Position: Premier Account Executive – PSG Sales
Reports to: Vice President, Premier Sales
Work Location: Monterey, CA

Mission
The Premier Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to identify and contact potential net-new customers for PSG’s Outsourced Human Resource Staffing Offerings. And in so doing, increasing the number of new prospect interactions. You’ll be achieving this goal by setting prospect appointments for PSG’s sales executives.
The role reports to the Vice President, Premier Sales, while also interacting regularly with LanguageLine Solutions and PSG’s Executives, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Outcomes and Targets
Primary performance metrics include the following:
Appointment setting
Either working with LanguageLine Solutions Account Executives or on your own, to identify key human resource decision makers within large Enterprise or Healthcare customers and set appointments for PSG Field Sales Teams.
Achieve targeted number of appointments for PSG sales execs, set with qualified prospects on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
Make outbound calls to companies utilizing target lists. The process includes establishing relationships with companies through proactive prospecting, identifying the appropriate contacts, coordinating calendars to secure appointments, and documenting all details in Salesforce.com.
Properly track the status of results in Salesforce, share feedback with internal partners, and pivot as necessary based on performance data.
Send introductory and follow-up emails as necessary.
Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Pipeline Development
Develop a proactive outreach pipeline and strategy to target companies that align with PSG’s ideal client profile.
Manage the pipeline. Qualify the viability of the contacts who are decision makers for purchasing PSG’s solutions and documenting prospective interest .
Creating Leads, tracking all activities at the lead level, then transferring the lead to PSD Sales Teams for follow up.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions’ current salary range for this position. US California, Monterey Headquarters (On-Site) pay is $45,000 annually.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

Communication Skills: The Premier Account Executive will engage in a variety of capacities in helping market PSG’s solutions – from participating in initial outreach campaigns to consulting with others on the Sales team to better position our services to buyers within existing LanguageLine Solutions accounts.
Notetaking and Scheduling: All information collected with regard to interest in working with a new provider will be documented in Salesforce.com in the form of a Lead/Client/Opportunity.
Coachability and Desire to Learn: Be open to constructive input and coaching as needed.
Experience
Experience with making cold calls, and a successful track record as an appointment setter.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience with supporting Service companies. Must be proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce and PhoneBurner preferred.
Experience with researching companies to qualify opportunities.
Experience creating and personalizing messaging and content for impact and response.
