Our team produces management reporting for Severity and Contract Servicing Rights, performs ad-hoc analytics related to Single Family new business and portfolio management, and supports projects for process enhancements as well as new analytics creation for our peers and business partners.
Your Impact:
Provision monthly and quarterly Severity and Contract Servicing Rights reporting packages
Collect data, transform per rules and build streamlined processes for financial reporting of baseline
Identify drivers to financial results through analytics
Understand and acquire strong business knowledge of SF business management
Lead projects to improve and expand existing analytics, to better serve the business partners
Work collaboratively within a transparent group that value accountability, learning, and camaraderie
Qualifications:
College degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or related field with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting and analytics
Strong analytical, logic thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau and Python preferred
Proactive and can-do attitude, works under limited direction, independently determines and develops approach to solutions
Strong work ethics and learning capability
Hunger for learning and self-improvement
Proven discernment, intellectual maturity, team-oriented, sense of ownership

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
