Reporting to Director of Premium Sales and Group Hospitality, the sales coordinator will be responsible for the execution and coordination of various ticket sales events, promotions, campaigns, and experiences. The coordinator will be expected to become knowledgeable about the entire Rams Ticket Sales department, and service the needs of all premium, membership and group departments. This position will be based out of the Rams business office, located in Agoura Hills, CA. Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of premium seating agreements, payments, with the focus of creating a streamlined sales process.
Daily Management of Salesforce sales opportunities to ensure correct sales reporting.Assist the manager of group sales with all gameday experiences including Know Before You go Communication, Group Leader Coordination and staff planning.
Plan and execute prospecting events for the Sales Team to drive new revenue.Distribute & track all gifting and buy-now incentives for Rams VIP clientele.
Coordinate and communicate all Sofi Stadium in-person premium sales tours.Collaborate with Group Sales Manager to execute game day experiences.
Manage client calls pertaining to payment history, SSL installment plan, cards on file, change address, contract details, initial onboarding, etc.
Assist with marketing lists and sales campaigns throughout the season.Assist in managing the game day needs of group leaders and nightly rentals.
Plan internal team outings to help build culture.Assist management with other related tasks.Serve as a Culture Champion within the office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for thinking strategically.
Coachable and eager to learn every day.
Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others.
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal team.
Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Digital Presentation tools
Ability to work irregular hours, including event coverage, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations.
