We are seeking to hire a Supervisor/Lead of the Integrated Support Center (ISC) Helpdesk Team of five associates.
Responsibilities/duties will include: -Managing ISC Service Central duties- Requesting group adds, adding and deleting people from support groups. -Managing ISC staff vacations and outages making sure there is core hour coverage -Monitoring ISC help desk calls, requests, incidents and escalations. -Avaya Reports Provided to management -Monitor baseline/program calls to meet program requirements -Manage hardware ordering and approvals -Maintaining employees GRID/Charge numbers -Maintain SWI-704-2 Computer.
