We are looking for an exceptional Optics Coater who can:
- Load and operate a vacuum coating chamber to perform thin-film coatings on optical substrates.
- Monitor the vacuum deposition process according to process instructions.
- Support the development of people and processes regularly.
- Perform routine and periodic maintenance on coating chambers.
- Check coating results with desired specifications.
- Maintain records as required.

- Production experience in vacuum coating chambers, reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
Comprehension Of Optical Coating
a) E-Beam Operation
b) EB Gun Rebuild
c) PIAD Operation
d) APS Rebuild
e) Chamber capabilities - (Uniformity, repeatability and capability)
f) Chamber configuration.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Range: $17.02 - 31.56 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
