What you will do:
Knowledge Management
Document business processes, systems information, and end-user help resources.
Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base accessible to all team members.
Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, and best practices.
Ensure that knowledge resources are organized, searchable, and user-friendly.
Community Management
Foster the growth of a citizen developer community centered around Microsoft Power Platform.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and collaborative events to engage team members and users.
Encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practices within the community.
Serve as a point of contact for community members seeking guidance or assistance.
System Support
Back up team members on Smartsheet, Power Platform, and SharePoint to ensure seamless operations.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and address end-user inquiries.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related discipline and at least three (3) years of relevant experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Excellent communication skills and a proven customer service mindset.
Ability to document complex business processes clearly and concisely.
Experience developing and governing knowledge articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint.
Experience growing a citizen developer community around Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven track record of effectively backing up team members.
Ability to connect with other schools/units for collaborative events.
Anticipated hiring range: $ 70,000 - $90,000
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to their first day of employment Per University policy. This position will not sponsor individuals for work visas.
