Job Description
IFF’s Pharma Solutions division is looking for a team member to help us be the premier partner to our customers, build our future and become one IFF. The Pharma Solutions business will be taking on its next chapter of growth as a trusted partner for the pharmaceutical industry with the announcement to sell Pharma Solutions to Roquette. This move will position Pharma Solutions to expand its industry leadership through continued investment in innovation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and developers worldwide. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Pharma Solutions business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to Roquette. This position is designed to deliver technical expertise and creative marketing with our Lucas Meyer Cosmetics team. Supporting North America region based out of our NYC office, the Regional Marketing Manager works alongside with the sales team to better penetrate key customers and to further build our Lucas Meyer Cosmetics’ regional image.
About You:
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high performing team within Lucas Meyer Cosmetics. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who possesses the ability to think creatively, analytically and be able to manage multiple projects and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment. Interact at all levels within the organization. Implementing the global marketing strategy into a regional marketing strategy.
Leading the development of marketing concepts and promotional tools to differentiate our portfolio for regional/local accounts based on the global marketing strategy and priorities.
Assisting and supporting the sales strategy in the territory.
Providing technical support and answering technical questions on the LMC portfolio.
Helping customers to design stories & concepts around our portfolio.
Providing technical training to reps and customers.
Organizing regional tradeshows and seminars and delivering educational (technical) seminars.
Customizing presentations based on customer demand.
Creating and presenting market trend reviews to customers.
Monitoring competition.
Mastering and championing regional customer and consumer understanding and identifying untapped consumer/customer needs and market dynamics.
Collaborating with LMC international marketing and R&D teams.

Degree in cosmetics sciences/chemical engineering/chemistry or related field is required; MBA preferred.

Willing and able to travel up to 20%.
