“Head of Technology Delivery for Chief Data Office” is a role that reports to Head of Enteprise Data within Chief Data Office. The role is responsible for developing and delivering various technical solutions for Enterprise Data Governance, Enterprise Reference Data as well as Enterprise Data Strategy initiatives. This is a critical role that will establish and shape technical delivery of a growing organization and candidate will have a great opportunity to influence how data is governed, managed and leveraged in State Street.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Head of Technology Delivery for Chief Data Office you will
Oversee all aspects of the technical delivery
Own key stakeholder collaboration
Maintain and prioritize backlogs to deliver on full agenda of Chief Data Office
Drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of POCs
Design and develop the core common framework and associated foundational components for Chief Data Office
Be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, Code review, integration testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with business and IT leaders, and other stakeholders to establish data governance best practices and ensure data governance initiatives are aligned with business goals
Define data governance controls aligned to industry frameworks

Experience in deploying and implementating data governance platforms like Collibra, Big ID, etc
Detailed understanding of Collibra product suite
Data engineering skills using Databricks and SnowFlake
ETL tools like Informatica
Virtualization tools like Starburst, TIBCO composite, etc
Cloud architecture in AWS, Azure
User interfaces technologies like React, HTML5, Looker, etc.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors
10+ years of relevant experience role in Technology Leadership
Hands on experience in directing technology teams for successful implementation
Additional requirements
Work experience in working with global team and stakeholders is a plus
Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
