About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support leaders in the San Diego Region for our National Branch Network, as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.
In this role, you will:
Support moderately complex administrative tasks
Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting multiple senior level leaders
Calendar management experience, managing multiple calendars, travel, meetings and events
Experience consulting and partnering with all levels of the enterprise, leaders and peers
Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
Financial services industry experience
Experience preparing presentations, managing data, and reporting projects
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English a plus
