As an Assembler you’ll be responsible for assembling all product that goes through final assembly.

What you’ll do
Assemble all product that goes through final assembly
Assist in new cell layout projects/ergonomics
Assist with special work instructions – custom and modified orders; Document assembly instructions
Assist and lead in new product introductions
Read, interpret and train others on production coding; Train and assist cell members focusing on ballast wiring
Inspect product to routing and BOMs; Handle routine revisions to BOM revisions – verify accuracy and process form
Address quality related issues; NCR approval; ISO9001 procedures, etc; filling out related reports
Filling in for absent workers on a line; assisting on any line with high priority orders
Your qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing facility wiring ballasts and assembling fixtures or electrical/electronic parts
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to read and speak English; Ability to complete production documents in English
Ability to physically move materials used in the production area; lift up to 50 lbs
Forklift experience preferred
Understanding of quality documents and ISO procedures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
