What you’ll do:
You will support a Program Manager, developers, UX specialists, and government clients in the research, development, and delivery of a new modernized IT system. You will gather and manage requirements, drive user research, analyze UX/UI, and assist with the delivery and implementation of a new product, including mobile components and cloud implementation.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
- You have served as a Product Manager on an IT Program, helping to research, develop and deliver new modernized IT products from the ground up in support of a development team
- You have expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, design, coordination, testing and support of customer business reporting and analytic needs in support of modern product development
- You have experience developing test scripts and managing service requirements
- You are able to work closely with end users on project development and implementation to optimize UX/UI for modernized IT products
- You have a working knowledge of relational database environments, structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering and sampling to plan a system.
- You have the ability to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
- You have experience collaborating with business process owners, technical staff, and project manager to leverage the use of data and data strategies across a full spectrum of business/operational needs.
- You have the ability to lead the execution of feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
- You have a strong operational knowledge of and can drive product development using principles including Human Centered Design, Lean, Agile, and Scrum
