Overview We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a team providing disaster management and data analytic support for a federal civilian customer. This is an opportunity to advance emerging technologies in the field of disaster management. Responsibilities Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on program supporting large scale disaster management and social services recovery for a federal civlian agency Implement solutions using extensive health, social services recovery and programmatic support experience Ensures all program deliverables to include planning, evaluation, technical support/assessments and status updates are provided to federal stakeholders - Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in social science recovery, disaster management and/or health experience in data analytics to include GIS and spatial analysis and/or other emerging technologies Previous managerial experience leading large project teams for disaster management programs to include FEMA Previous experience serving as an intermediary between project team(s) and federal stakeholders Ability to provide data analytic analysis and support as needed About Highlight For over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
