TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

BASIC PURPOSE: The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative is responsible for maintaining both the covered and 25% case assignment dockets which include assigning cases in a timely manner and making sure attorneys are performing to standard. This role also includes adding to our network of attorneys.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls
• To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system
• To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notify Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor. 
• To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system
• To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner
• To manage Assignment Docket(s)
• To build the TVC network of attorneys.
• To perform other duties as assigned by Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor when needed
• To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift
• To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Paycom system
• Report to Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
• Professional Experience
  • 3 Years in customer service
• Licenses, Certificates, Credentials, and Other Requirements
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
  • Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key
• Skill Sets
  • Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to think independently and problem solve

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position will be assigned to an office work from home environment
  • Employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (including occasional visits to field work sites, if applicable).
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
