All candidates must submit a project list along with a complete resume. Pay range commensurate with experience:$100,000 - $120,000 annually plus vehicle. Skills:
Preferred Project Experience: Tilt up, ground up, site work. Procore Knowledge Preferred. Detail Oriented. Excellent communication skills required. Must have excellent skills in document management. Build partnerships with Sub-contractor and Vendors. Experience: Tilt up. Underground utilities. Storm drain, water retention systems. Survey, Over-ex, grading. Ability to read and understand survey, grade staking, inverts etc. Off Site Civil. MEP coordination. Coordination with local municipalities and authorities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.) Establish and maintain HIGH SAFETY AND QUALITY STANDARDS in accordance with company and industry standards. Studies plans and specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Assists in the development of project schedules and updating of progress construction schedules. Prepares and transmits various reports, i.e. daily reports, manpower counts, 3-week look ahead schedules, observations and owner required reports. Review all drawings, i.e. shop, architectural, structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times. Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to punch to completion. Schedule work, including subcontractors and owner vendors. Confers with and directs subcontractor supervisory personnel and engages in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specification, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays. Manages delivery schedule for Owner Supplied Materials and coordinates sub-contractor receipt. Maintains a clean and organized work site. Confers with supervisory personnel to resolve issues and conflicts and maintain schedule. Prepares or review reports on progress and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports. Manages Quality Control and drives to a Zero- Punch project close.
