Develop schedule, maintain, andsubmit university, school, and department reports;
Enhance enrollment throughrecruitment and programmatic initiatives;
Promote and optimize studentsuccess and student retention; Collaborate with EPP faculty and university-widefaculty;
Commitment to the mission and vision of the university and SOEBS;
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning and work environment.
Other related duties as neededto support the business of the School of Education and Behavioral Sciences andserve as a resource for the university community

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required:
Prior experience withinthe HBCU community; Master's degree from an accredited institution; Demonstratean understanding of the curriculum and multiple content pathways; Ability to effectivelycommunicate with students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders in a diverse environmentas demonstrated in prior work experience and/or educational preparation;Ability to translate coursework from a variety of institutions into a cohesiveplan of study.
Preferred: Prior experience withonline instruction; Experience with a learning management system, such asCanvas area.
