Requirements / Qualifications

Current Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential with Bilingual Authorization or equivalent, at the time of hire. In all cases, appropriate credentials are required. At least one letter must be from a direct supervisor) Copies of all college transcripts (graduate and undergraduate; must include community college, if attended) CSET test results Applicants should be fluent in Spanish reading, writing, and speaking. Must be an excellent language model in both Spanish and English. Have an understanding of culture and history of Spanish-speaking people and countries. Will involve parents and community members in student learning.

The majority of the interview will be held in Spanish. All applicants will be required to engage in a writing activity in Spanish.
