In this role, you will support two of the largest, most strategic verticals for the region and for Google. You will diagnose, structure and offer options to resolve problems with an unwavering commitment to help deliver those initiatives. You will accelerate and defend Large Customer Sales (LCS) business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. You will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of topics in Go-to-Market (GTM) and get exposure to several aspects of the business.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Execute on project components related to product strategy development. Assist with market research, engaged analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product decisions. Lead Vertical product prioritization in collaboration with partner GTM teams.
Contribute to projects focused on improving processes, governance structures, and performance management systems. Work horizontally across different GTM teams, product owners to orchestrate go-to-market strategies and capture business opportunities.
Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide solutions to issues faced within projects.
Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations that communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations and present to executive audiences.
Mange and lead projects, influence executive cross-functional partners. Own communication strategy and operations for specialist community meetings, vertical newsletters and marketing events.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience working with the online advertising landscape, including search and shopping advertising in Retail/Travel industries.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in go-to-market, ad sales, or business strategy.
Experience contributing to large, complex and cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.
Experience working across cross-functional teams.
Ability to uncover market needs and develop solutions for key audiences.
Ability to influence peers/leadership.
Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
