The Successful Applicant
The successful Appellate Attorney will have demonstrable experience including:
Admitted to practice in NY
2-5 years relevant Appellate and Litigation defense experience
Appellate and litigation defense experience, ideally mass tort experience including research and writing - drafting and arguing appeals and motion practices are important for this role
Strong writing, organizational and time management skills
Forward thinking, highly collaborative approach
