How You Will Make a Difference
The Account Manager GI Reprocessing will be responsible for selling the entire suite of infection prevention products including capital and consumables solutions to major hospitals, health systems, and ASCs in a specific geographic territory. The job requires a comprehensive approach focused on meeting with higher level decision-makers within a hospital and driving top-down decision-making to standardize workflows and deliver a higher level of infection prevention and patient care. The job also requires a strong focus on influencing VAT committees and other key stakeholders.
This is a remote based customer facing position. To support and service our customers in the assigned territory candidates must be based out of the following state: California

• Maximize business through existing accounts by executing consultative sales process.
• Maintain understanding of ordering patterns and pricing guidelines within the acute care setting.
• Travel within the territory to optimize product exposure and communicate customer needs.
• Research products and observe competitive landscape and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
• Participate in planning and implementing marketing and sales strategy.
• Interact with other departments to handle customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate product reliability issues.
• Direct field sales responsibilities for infection prevention products within the designated territory.
• Maintain and grow business within current accounts.
• Develop consultative relationships with new and existing accounts to manage infection control practices.
• Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
What You Will Need to be Successful
• Bachelor Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of capital or disposable sales experience with emphasis in medical industry. Experience with selling in Hospital O.R. or GI call point is preferred
• Experience in preparing annual business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Strong understanding of customer's buying cycles to align product and service acquisition.
• Completed formalized sales training and development continuum.
• Capability of prioritizing and closing large opportunities in a large geography.
• Utilizes defined sales process and CRM.
• Ability to solution sell.
• Demonstrated consistent track record of high-level sales success.
• Experience with complex selling environment and multiple call points.
• Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

Pay range for this opportunity is $67,750.00 - $94,762.50.This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
