Noblis is seeking a junior Program Analyst to directly support a high-visibility program within the portfolio of FAA’s modernization of America's air transportation system (known as NextGen) in a wide range of communication, technical writing, stakeholder outreach, and program specific activities. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will directly engage with FAA program leads and senior managers to draft and deliver strategic communications, briefings, and collateral to promote awareness and adoption by stakeholders in the agency as well as aviation industry. You will work directly with FAA leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Superb social and interpersonal skills are required to effectively coordinate with a team of professionals who are both technical and non-technical and to ensure the team maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with external stakeholders.
In this position, you can expect to provide continuous life-cycle program planning, administrative, and quality assurance support. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality work products are a must.
Activities and responsibilities associated with this position include but not limited to:
- Work closely with FAA Lead on day-to-day action and activity prioritization
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of technical and non-technical documents to edit materials in a manner that improves their quality and ensures that they are editorially correct
- Translate technical information into program-level briefings for internal FAA Audiences, including senior management and executives
- Assist with weekly program status updates, reporting and other communication packages being developed for FAA leadership and outside organizations. Update, maintain, and publish weekly status reports on program activities.
- Provide technical writing, executive communication, and stakeholder outreach consultation and assistance to program staff
- Collect, organize, and analyze information required for program management reports; briefings; studies; and analysis using general program/project management processes/principles
- Update, maintain, publish and disseminate meeting artifacts, including meeting minutes and action items
- Track and provide status at weekly action item meetings supporting FAA Leads, technical teams, and 3rd-party vendors
