Assists with administrative tasks for safety and wellness programs across the organization. Monitors and responds to Benefits email inquiries. Distributes benefits materials to new employees. Assists employees with HSA account setup and enrollment. Processes healthcare and life insurance enrollments. Tracks all employer contributions and process year-end W-2 reporting. Administers COBRA coverage and assists with reconciling payments. Routinely reviews and enhances procedures for leaves, benefits, and workers' compensation. Maintains confidential files for leave and benefits documentation. Audits and submits all benefits and workers' compensation invoices. Tracks submission and invoice totals. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Position Requirements: Minimum (2) years of administrative and customer service experience; preferably in a Human Resources environment. Strongly proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and oversee projects. Ability to work independently without supervision. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Communication skills are essential - both interpersonal and written. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment (with frequent interruptions). High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information with tact.
