Education Requirement: CRM certificates, associate or bachelor's degree, or 3-5 years relevant work experience
How many employees in company? 3 and Board of Directors but 100 members and growing. 6 on the Executive Committee, 11 on Board of Directors.

What are the Main functions/ Requirements:
What type of background and experience do you imagine translating best into your organization?
· Admin experience, answering phones, some event planning, if they have any experience with some marketing that is welcome but not required. They have a marketing person but will be asked to assist in outreach to Prospects and Membership.
· Experience with Salesforce- Will be in charge of researching a database to move into in 2/2025. Currently they use ACT, and need someone that knows a little deeper level about Salesforce, not just data entry but someone that can help them decide if that will be a good CRM to grow in and why. Needs to know how to manipulate the data and pull reports
What are the main skills you would like for this employee to have coming into the role? (hard skills and soft skills)

· Wants to grow with the company and have a passion for what they do
· Someone who help build on through marketing down the road.
Software? MS Office- Mainly Word/Excel-Intermediate. Canva and WordPress helpful

Interview Process: In person interview but flexible to do a virtual and then in person. Will meet with Ex Director and Susi. They are in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Flexible to meet person out for lunch.

Event planning- 3 conference a year, company will pay for them to travel to.
$50-$55K
