Requirements:
Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) required
Minimum two (2) years previous pharmaceutical sales management experience at the regional/district level required
Experience selling and managing selling in rare disease required
Account Management experience in a multidisciplinary setting required
Experience working with a start-up or high growth organization? preferred
Demonstrated level of proficiency with support technology (PC and CRM tools, Microsoft Teams)?
Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site to be fully vaccinated
Position Descriptions and Duties:
Recruit, interview and select Neuromuscular Key Account Managers
Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of Neuromuscular Key Account Managers
Regional Sales Directors shall make regular field visits: to develop and motivate Neuromuscular Key Account Managers for attainment of sales objectives; to assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage field reporting by Neuromuscular Key Account Managers, including call reporting, and sample reporting (when applicable)
Communicate with Client on regular and timely basis
Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetings
Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies.
Monitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
Monitor compliance with PDMA and sample accountability procedures, when applicable
Monitor timekeeping and attendance

The potential base pay range for this role is $185,000 - $225,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
