The Controller’s department is seeking a motivated leader with accounting reconciliation experience. As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee general accounting functions including, but not limited to, bank reconciliations, accounts payable reconciliations, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily workflow of the reconciliation team
Ensure the timely completion of monthly reconciliations, to include identifying differences and follow through of unreconciled transactions
Review reconciliation processes and procedures regularly to identify gaps in controls, improve or maintain efficiencies and reduce errors
Monitor and analyze data, identify opportunities to automate manual processes
Provide training to team members, as needed
Drive results with project management skills
Participate in new development to support company initiatives
Qualifications:
Preferred education of a bachelor’s degree with enough accounting credits for CPA exam
7+ years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of reconciliations and great research skills.
Knowledge of Cadency, Workday Financials, and project management experience a plus.
Annual Salary
$113,000.00 - $185,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
