Staffmark has partnered with a premier logistics company in Hagerstown, Maryland. Take your career to the next level with this opportunity and let your customer service skills and professionalism shine! Your day-to-day tasks will include providing white glove service to customers by assisting with requests or issues via email, text, and phone. In addition, you will be estimating and calculating pricing for customer orders.

Starting Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Shift Available: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with occasional overtime.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse environment focusing on customer service and account management.
• Strong background in supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.

Work Environment: Candidates will have the opportunity to both sit and stand during their shift. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. This position will require going into the warehouse as needed.
