This position will drive brand awareness regionally for our Critical Power Division. They will assist the sales teams by developing and implementing strategic marketing/business development plans to increase the company’s profit and working alongside the Critical Power Specialists to hit these sales goals. Market Development Managers will also conduct research on the competition and supply to determine market trends and product worth. This helps develop reasonable product pricing that fits within the customer budgets and brings higher profits.
A Market Development Manager must be great at communicating and listening to the needs of many parties, including the sales team, sales managers, executive members, and customers. They should also be self-motivated and committed to setting and searching for sales targets that increase the company’s profits and boost performance.
