Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in area of specialization and 4 years of professional experience preferred; or Master degree and 2 years of professional experience, certification by the Board of Certification (BOC), state athletic training licensure, familiarity with NCAA governing rules, CPR-First Aid Certification preferred, strength and conditioning experience, capacity to deal effectively in emergency situations, availability for significant travel, evening or weekend hours as necessary, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (or with assistance), and a valid PA driver's license. This is a full time position working August 15through May 15 annually with full benefits including medical insurance, tuition benefits, and a retirement match up to 9% of salary.
