The ABI Territory Bilingual Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and growing sales volume in their assigned territories through relationship building, and effective fact-based selling and presentations with retail account’s operations personnel at store and market (district/region/etc.) level.
REQUIRED Experience working in the adult beverage industry sales or CPG knowledge
Must Be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary Structure: $600 Cell phone reimbursement, 6K auto allowance, and bonus structure of 12K KPI structure (75-85% average met)
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Selling
-Developing and leveraging relationships with key influence and decision makers in assigned stores and markets.
-Delivering consistent market level contact and administration as per client and customer standards.
Effectively gaining front end and main aisle presence of client brands.
-Responsible for selling products & programs to the assigned retailer route
-Assists wholesaler representative with the selling-in of trade solutions, sampling activations, and POC placement
-Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across the key on premise and key off-premise accounts
-Build relationships with local wholesaler team(s): sales reps, merchandiser, team leads, sign-shop, etc.
Achieving Results
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed goals for assigned stores and markets.
-Implements sales performance measures and targets using brand priorities with wholesalers while assisting in achieving expected results
- Growing POS for client brands by selling incremental display locations, selling the execution of plan-o-grammed locations, executing initiatives as well as maintaining in stock conditions.
- Analyzes and develops business plans each Quarter that identifies opportunities to grow sales within their territory.
-Utilizes sales history, data tools, and competitive activity to manage territory and retailers
-Executes events and promotional activities – sampling, engraving, training (may include evenings and weekends)
-Improves velocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution, resetting coolers, displaying POS items, educating retail employees, hand selling, sampling, securing features, and developing promotional programs
Organizing and Planning
-Follows team sales call standards and strategically implements a call coverage plan that meets the business needs of client and the retail customer.
-Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, expense reports, etc.

Sales experience and/or knowledge:
-Bachelor's degree
