Job Summary
Under the general direction of the assigned administrator, performs a wide variety of advanced and complex secretarial duties at a small school site or an annex. Employees in this classification receive limited supervision within a broad framework of policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Five years of recent progressively responsible clerical experience or a combination of Associate in Arts degree or equivalent college-level training with two years of progressively responsible clerical experience.

Typing Certificate Requirements:
1. Five (5) minute typing test.
2. Certificate must contain all of the following:
- Name of person tested
- Gross words per minute
- Net words per minute
- Duration of test (5 minutes)
- Number of actual errors (not percentage)
- Name of testing agency
- Date of test
- Verifier's signature
TYPING CERTIFICATES OBTAINED ONLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School.
