DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Human Resource Analyst 1, you will be tasked with absence and attendance administration, work scheduling, payroll processing, coordinating seniority, training, and general office support duties. This role will require you to maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of personnel rules, management directives, the absence program manual, collective bargaining agreements, and all other policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with human resource (HR) staff, the HR Service Center, managers, supervisors, and employees to handle inquires and guide them through the appropriate processes to troubleshoot issues they may encounter.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties; and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
