What will I be doing?

Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed group revenue targets.

Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate connections with key decision-makers in assigned market segments.

Craft Compelling Proposals: Showcase our hotel's unique offerings and value proposition through impactful proposals and presentations.

Expert Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts that meet client needs and hotel objectives.

Seamless Group Management: Oversee the entire group booking process, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with catering, banquet operations, and guest services to ensure an exceptional group experience.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Performance Tracking: Prepare and deliver sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Team Work: Work with the rest of the sales team to foster a culture of excellence.

Continuous Learning: Complete relevant Hilton University courses and maintain a deep understanding of hotel products and services.

What are we looking for?

A Senior Sales Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success in securing group business.
• Strong understanding of the group sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Delphi software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
