Job Abstract

Ultimate Staffing is currently hiring an Executive Assistant near Moreno Valley/Riverside, CA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are important in this position.

Pay rate: $23.00-$32.00-hour DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the President
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare documents and outgoing mail as necessary
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Arrange travel schedule and reservations as needed, including expense reimbursement
• Schedule tasks and coordinate with various team members
• Additional duties as assigned by the Executive team

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3 years qualifying experience
• Construction environment experience a plus
