Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in facilities management, including project management on build outs, and vendor management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary
• Have a positive attitude and always keep a solution-based and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to make informed decisions easily and decisively
• Capacity to work with little to no supervision using effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities• Job Summary: Building Maintenance plays a pivotal role in managing the maintenance and upkeep of commercial real estate properties while supporting American Omni with its facility and office-related needs
• This role will have handyman responsibilities and support all aspects of day-to-day operations of properties
• This includes tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, permits and serving as the key vendor manager for services such as janitorial, landscaping, recurring vendors, etc.
• Additionally, this role will support a variety of support roles including meeting room set up and configuration, receiving and shipment support, office set ups, and other tasks as needs arise
• This role will serve as primary project manager for construction or renovation projects across the properties
• Proactive Maintenance & Compliance:
• Ensure that property-related maintenance activities are regularly scheduled, with properly maintained paperwork that is kept up to date
• Leads all efforts related to maintenance and repair of properties including roofing, commercial HVAC, landscaping, vehicles, office furniture, office equipment, appliances and aesthetics
• Respond to Property Tenant needs as it relates to any issue that arises
• Identify potential issues before they escalate
• Jump in to fix problems without waiting for requests
