This is an exciting opportunity to join Meritus Health at a time of tremendous growth. With close to 4,000 team members across our health system, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play an integral role as part of our team of talented HR professionals. The HR Business Partner provides generalist/consultative support to our team members and leaders with policy development, implementation and application, employee relations, performance management coaching, unemployment claim administration, investigations and employee engagement/retention activities and interventions. Our HRBP's are assigned a portfolio of departments where they are the primary HR resource and work collaboratively with other functional areas of the HR Division such as benefits and compensation teams.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This role does require at least 5 years of generalist experience with a focus on high volume employee relations as well as demonstrated knowledge of current federal, state and local employment laws/regulations. PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
