Job Description:
As a Program Finance Analyst, you will support programs in our Agile Development Group Division. You will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a set of contracts. This position performs analyses related to programs including profitability, cash flow, forecasts, Earned Value, and quarterly EACs. The Agile Development Group specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.
Essential Functions:
• Support Earned Value Management, baseline, and estimate to complete changes
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Finance leadership to submit accurate quarterly EACs
• Support internal and external customer financial reporting
• Support monthly revenue, profit, and cash forecasting including variance analysis
• Support cost control to achieve financial targets and drive cash flow
• Assess and quantify business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and cash
Qualifications:
• Current Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within 12 months of employment
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS)
• 2+ Years of experience using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs)
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience with cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, customer/management reporting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial forecasting best practices
• Process improvement oriented, ability to identify and implement ideas
