CACI is seeking a Chief Solutions Architect to support solutioning in Network, Systems, and Cloud on a contract supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This key position will work closely with the program management team and the client to iteratively define and solution IT operation and engineering enhancements, develop concept of operations, roadmaps and facilitate enterprise IT strategy execution sessions. This position requires thought leadership, deep collaboration with business partners to develop business scenario understanding, creative problem solving for evolving business needs, and utilization of robust technologies to support the client’s mission.

About the Role:
Partner with program team members to gather/translate requirements and design solutions to meet the needs of the client.
Define client requirements for solutions including services, products, technologies and capabilities which encompass IT engineering disciplines. These solutions may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures (AWS and Azure), communications, cyber, services or other unique government-specified engineering knowledge in order to design, develop, and support the clients.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert where applicable with program management leads and clients.
Conduct technical reviews of engineering and architectural designs and plans, building 12/24/36 customer roadmaps
Advise senior-level customers on network/system architecture and optimization.
Work together with program management to develop technical and support solutions for new and existing contract work.
Responsible for developing future state architecture and technical roadmap for the client and program.
Drive technical collaboration, standards, and innovation across projects within the program portfolio.
Conduct technical interviews of candidates for highly technical positions across the program.
Mentor/coach technical team members.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD)
B.S. + 10 years of applicable experience
Previous experience as a solution architect
Advanced technical certifications
Strong working knowledge and mastery of current technologies and capabilities employed in the Federal Government space, including and not limited to, Networking, Cloud (AWS and Azure), Cybersecurity, Windows, and enterprise applications.
Demonstrated experience solutioning for new and re-compete business pursuits, capture activities and proposal efforts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
