This is Client Relationship Management (CRM) within the Seller Engagement department. As part of this dynamic organization, our team works with Single Family Seller Engagement and other business areas to meet client needs and expectations. This position advocates for the client internally and represents Freddie Mac externally. As a chief of staff for the pod seller account management teams, this position directly engages with our sellers to facilitate the client relationship and drive business to Freddie Mac. The Single-Family Seller Engagement Relationship Managers work directly with both internal and external clients to provide outstanding customer service. Our team building and problem-solving skills directly impact our customer satisfaction scores. Our team works directly with our seller servicers to source business for Freddie Mac. The CRM team functions as the chief of staff for an account executive and/or an assigned seller base. The account executive sets the strategic direction for our client base and the CRM handles tactical issues to meet Freddie Mac’s mission of making home possible. Success is defined by working as a team to meet client targets such as Tool Adoption, ROE, Affordable Lending, Market Share, and exceeding client expectations. Our clients have many options in their business partners. The Client Relationship Management team is instrumental in helping drive Freddie Mac to become the housing industry leader.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
2 - 4 years related experience in primary/secondary market and/or equivalent GSE
CRM Sales Force experience
Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
Preferred Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Project Management experience and skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues
Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
Keys to Success in this Role:

Serve as chief of staff for account executive including meeting preparations and planning, running of meetings, providing back up support for account executive, attending meetings, managing Salesforce, and reflecting client needs.
Understand their Account Executives account/s, territory, and related strategic plan/s for success and collaborate on the implementation/execution of the plan and overall account success.
Maintain high overall satisfaction level from AE, DOS, VP, CRM Management team, and cross division areas
Provide tactical support including issue resolution, contract monitoring and renewals, as well as routine processes
Optimally work within and development of teams including Client, Sales, Customer Focus, and Client Relationship Management team which embraces self-discipline, flexibility and resourcefulness with change

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78,000 - $118,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
