Internal Communication Partner
As an Internal Communication Partner, you will primarily provides critical information regarding vision, mission, strategy, policy, and news to the employees of Auto Club Enterprises. Team members write, plan, and edit inhouse bulletins, newsletters, and publications used across a variety of media. Team members coordinate internal marketing and communication strategies that lead to an effective multimedia strategy that connects corporate news and activities to ACE’s employee population.
What You’ll Do
- Daily, you will be generating creative ways to tell stories, explain concepts/research, and highlight achievements, departments, executives, employees, and events.
- You will capture high-quality images/video that represent our brand, culture, and employees.
- You will photograph/film company events, employee headshots, office environments, off-site environments, and internal marketing material.
- You will plan, shoot, and edit video content for projects assigned.
- You will edit and enhance pictures and video content using software such as Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and other relevant tools to ensure stellar post-production output.
- You will optimize video content for different platforms, including social media, and internal communication channels.
- You will work collaboratively with various departments to understand their video content needs and deliver effective solutions.
- You’ll be selecting layouts, designs, photos, and similar aesthetics for communications.
- You will be developing storyboard, pitch, script, and content for monthly employee TV shows, as well as short-form videos, photo projects, training materials, digital signage graphics, and social media posts.
- You’ll build comprehensive internal communication programs that help employees understand the goals, programs, organizational structure, and vision of business units and the organization at large.
- You have strong attention to detail to proof materials for quality assurance.
- You will operate and maintain video and photography equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition and ready for use.
What You’ll Need
- You have a 4-year college degree in an appropriate area such as Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- You have 2 or more years of prior experience in areas such as preparation and publication of employee newsletters, brochures, employee handbooks, intranet content, video creation and editing, annual benefits open enrollment materials, new-employee benefits handbooks, and related benefit and compensation communications.
- You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- You have basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Adobe Express, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- You have basic to intermediate knowledge of Igloo Software or similar digital workplace intranet software.
- You will need to be available and willing to travel throughout Southern California and other states for meetings, conferences, and events. This position requires working in the office during regular business hours in addition to occasional travel, weekend, or evening work.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$66,560.00 - $88,200.00
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
