The primary purpose of this position is to support the accounting and financial reporting functions, including time clocks and billing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating Time Clock Invoices and Leases as requested by Sales, CRRs, and other client facing titles.
Managing the Time Clock deposits, keep a detailed schedule and maintain clock revenue records.
Preparation and input of general ledger entries for statutory, GAAP and internal accounting.
Participation in month-end closing and reporting activities, including reports for the board of directors.
Account analysis and reconciliations.
Research of various accounting issues for conformity to GAAP.
Miscellaneous projects or duties as assigned.

Education/Certification:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Customer Service experience in a high-volume atmosphere
