Position Summary / Purpose

This role will support and provide execution for the Performance and Transformation center of excellence (COE), which includes the methodology and toolkit that supports the identification, planning and execution of targeted improvement initiatives within Entergy with the overall goal of eliminating waste while improving predictability.  

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze benchmarking data to provide meaningful insights to support key business focus areas, sprints, mini-transformations, and self-assessments.
• Perform administration of the portfolio management system.
• Ensure best practices and opportunities for improvement are shared across the company. Support success communication efforts to provide recognition and idea sharing.
• Coordinate the internal customer satisfaction surveying and team pulsing survey efforts.
• Support the Performance and Transformation department’s internal and external level performance scorecard reporting and associated individual performance metrics collection.
• Support deployed teams to the business units as resource needs require.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience

Experience Required:

• Senior 6+ years of related experience

Skills/Behaviors Required:

• Desired experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and related skills to facilitate end-to-end process mapping sessions, perform gap analyses and drive teams to re-design processes to be more efficient.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to create and articulate the narrative based on the analytics performed for both the enterprise as a whole and individual business functions.
• Ability to work effectively with business leadership and resources in a multi-location, cross-functional, network/matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify data trends and convert analysis into a meaningful summary from which to draw conclusions and provide guidance.
• Self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively and take ownership of results
