Job Description:
Manage government contracts and subcontracts from cradle-to-grave in direction of the COO
Review contract proposals for compliance with government requirements
Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and government officers
Draft and execute contracts, modifications, and amendments
Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with terms
Resolve contract disputes and issues
Maintain contract records and ensure obligations are met
Develop and implement contract management systems
Stay updated on government regulations and requirements
Required Skills:
10+ years of federal government contract experience
Expertise in GSA Schedules
Knowledge of federal procurement process and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with contracts at the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar federal healthcare organizations
Ability to attend in-person meetings in Chantilly, VA 1x/month
