Position Summary
As a Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for the company and provide administrative support across the organization. Education and Progressive Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting
Daily Duties and responsibilities will be:
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Monitors visitor access and issues company identification badges
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
Receives, sorts, and routes mail and packages.
Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
Support the Corporate Security Center (SC)
Schedule conference rooms for specific meetings.
Reviewing security applications
Triage background checks for distribution to other Security SC members.
Submitting and receiving visit requests
Creating and maintaining personnel records in SIMS
Assist with new hire orientation.
Assist with creating new employee badges.
Ordering supplies for the Security SC and MMC office
Position / Candidate Requirements:
Basic computer skills
Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to multi-task.
Solid communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Ability to work under pressure.
Abilities:
