The Servicing Operations Specialist (CFOS) is responsible for the accurate daily processing and analysis of repair orders and material inventory including both systematic and physical movement of merchandise throughout the TSC. The CFOS will support daily workflow peaks throughout the facility as well as supporting low staffing as needed. In each role the CFOS reviews repair orders and their merchandise to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues. In addition, the Specialist stages repair orders for movement through the facility, while maintaining merchandise security.
What You'll Do
Provide functional coverage in varying departments as needed to ensure business goals are met
Provide efficient, timely and accurate physical and systematic analysis, processing and movement of repairs and material in departments across the facility
Identify and communicate potential order issues
Ensure accurate order information, including but not limited to item description, order type, complete repair request and identification of counterfeit merchandise
Act as a liaison between the Service Center and all internal customers and relevant vendors
Respond professionally to all telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
Proactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or customer escalations
Assist management with projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business as needed
Act as an internal customer advocate by working with all departments at the TSC and obtaining information necessary for resolution of customer issues
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate accordingly with responsible parties
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
2 years' business experience with strong operational background
Experience working in an operations, technical or luxury retail environment
Ability to work using microscope for extended periods
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge in AS400, MIPS, POS or Compass
Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime when as needed, including possible weekends
Customer Service orientation
Strong attention to detail
Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs
Strong initiative and the ability to work without constant direction
Demonstrated ability to identify and provide resolution for areas of improvement
Excellent organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
High ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of Graduate Gemology degree or completion of courses
Previous microscope experience
Knowledge of shipping and tracking systems
The hiring range for this position ranges from $24 - $33/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
