The ideal schedule is open availability Friday- Tuesday 8am-4:30 pm weekends a must, as well as assisting with special events.

What will you do:
Do you enjoy hospitality? As a Concierge, you’ll have the opportunity to use your hospitality/ customer service and wine knowledge to use and be a part of a great team.
Concierge Top responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact in person, phone or email to club members and guests wanting to visit the property. Assist with booking, checking in and assisting with reservations to the property, as well as recommendations and accommodations for guests.
Use POS system, Microsoft office, Phones and other internal systems for communication, reservations, and data entry.
Be a team player, maintain great relationships with team members and guests, as well as assist with special events and preparations.
Concierge Skills and requirements:
A minimum of two years or more of luxury guest or hospitality experience, “white glove” customer service skills. Passionate on fine Wines.
Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; capable of following directions and effectively communicating with customers and co-workers by telephone, email, and in-person.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM / POS programs-phone etiquette.
Ideal schedule is Open availability 8-4:30pm flexibility in scheduling for special events.
Compensation: Pay Range is $22-23 DOE
