Supporting the premium winemaking team, this role will assist in harvest planning, tracking and scheduling blends/blending, monitoring inventory and maintaining integrity, writing JDE Blend operations, requesting and monitoring inter-winery wine shipments/samples and tracking winemaking material needs.
About You
You have a Bachelors degree (BS) in viticulture / enology from a four-year college or university and prior winery experience. You have a strong understanding of the winemaking process and a track record of reading, interpreting, and integrating wine laboratory analysis into recommendations and decision-making process. You also have experience in preparing lab blends for winemaker evaluation and setting up and preparing fining trials for winemaker evaluation. You or organized, like to work in a collaborative environment and able to balance multiple winemaking demands by taking ownership.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $25.96 to $28.85 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
