Summary: Manages the operations and business management of assigned medical practices supporting 6-10 physician and midlevel providers located at two to three campuses. Oversees all aspects of financial acumen (i.e. revenue cycle, budgets, and accounts payable). Leads employees while ensuring overall compliance and regulatory processes in the medical practice. Maintains and improves quality and safety standards. Ability to perform clinical and/or clerical tasks as needed in the practice. Supports the coordination of care through Patient-Centered Medical Home methodologies, as applicable.
Minimum Qualifications: Formal Education Required
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience and Training Required
Three (3) years increasingly responsible medical office experience that has provided leadership skills.
Two (2) years of Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining a departmental budget preferred
Direct clinical experience preferred
Previous experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) preferred

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
