Mela Group is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an innovative Customer Support Associate. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven individual who is confident in communicating and proposing new ideas to aid in the institution of new customer-centric campaigns.
We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated brand awareness campaigns and assist eligible customers with an enrollment process to gain access to essential telecommunication tools. We know the importance of connecting brands with their audience, which is why we utilize our expertise and knowledge to help our clients plan and enter into new and existing markets. The main objective of this position is to provide customers with the necessary communication tools and establish long-lasting trust and customer satisfaction to inevitably create a strong, positive impact in the community.
Customer Support Associate Job Responsibilities:
