The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a security engineer to join its Information Security (Identity Access Management - IAM) team. In this role you will help protect Mattel’s most important assets by implementing and administering access management solutions and controls across the organization.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Develop, administer, and maintain Mattel’s enterprise identity and access management systems.
- Implement the zero-trust strategy across Mattel systems and services organization-wide.
- Integrate the privilege access management processes while driving adoption of defined standards.
- Collaborate with the various business leads and system owners to drive improvements on the identity management security posture.
- Develop metric reports for visibility, health, and effectiveness to help refine the identity access management related processes and controls.
- Analyze data points and trends to support the decision-making process for the development of the IAM vision and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in the security or identity access industry.
- LDAP/Active Directory experience.
- Experience with OKTA or a similar identity service provider.
- Familiarity analyzing role-based, attribute-based, and policy-based access controls (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC)
- Experience with the automation of IAM lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, joiner, mover, leaver)
- Experience administering privilege access management systems (CyberArk, Thycotic, etc.)
- Able to self-manage tasks and projects given competing priorities.
- Ability to problem solve effectively through complex scenarios.
- Experience in scripting languages such as Powershell and Python.
- Experience working in cloud environments and on-premise systems.
- Good working knowledge of security practices and standards.
- Comfortable working in an agile development environment
- Experience in a highly regulated (PCI, SOX) information security environment.
- Familiarity with identity management standards such as OAuth, OpenID, SAML, SCIM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a collaborative mindset with a natural tendency to foster partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
The annual base salary for this position is $120,000.
