*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Experience
· One year experience working as an LVN in an acute care hospital or emergency department setting.
· Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
Education
· Licensed Vocational Nurse Certification required
· Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal (IVBW) Certification required
· Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Card required
· Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Card preferred
· Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Card preferred
